9 February 2026I ordered these flowers for my friend, an older woman who had recently broken her hip. She wasn't getting around too quickly. Her husband always entered and exited the house by their attached garage, so he hadn't bothered to shovel out any pathways to the front door. Thus, it was impossible for the driver to deliver the flowers. Jorge at Urban Flowers immediately reached out to me. I contacted my friend and we came up with a plan to have the flowers delivered to her husband at his office. Jorge couldn't have been more responsive and obliging. The flowers were delivered to the office, hubby brought them home, and everyone is delighted with both product and service. I wasn't even charged with an additional delivery fee, which would have been perfectly appropriate and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Urban Floral.

I use many different florists and this was by far the most original and unique arrangement I have ever seen and despite having two weddings, the owner still delivered a last minute request!
