I ordered these flowers for my friend, an older woman who had recently broken her hip. She wasn't getting around too quickly. Her husband always entered and exited the house by their attached garage, so he hadn't bothered to shovel out any pathways to the front door. Thus, it was impossible for the driver to deliver the flowers. Jorge at Urban Flowers immediately reached out to me. I contacted my friend and we came up with a plan to have the flowers delivered to her husband at his office. Jorge couldn't have been more responsive and obliging. The flowers were delivered to the office, hubby brought them home, and everyone is delighted with both product and service. I wasn't even charged with an additional delivery fee, which would have been perfectly appropriate and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Urban Floral.

The arrangement was gorgeous and delivered with care. My only request was for blues to be included. Request met and exceeded. The touches were perfect. Must mention the roses which were unique and stunning.
